Is there an API or webhooks for automation?
Yes. On Hobby and above, you can use API tokens to submit documents, fetch extracted data, and trigger webhooks whenever an extraction finishes. You can also export directly to Google Sheets.
How much does it cost to process documents?
The free tier includes 25 page-equivalents per month, which equals 25 standard pages processed using hosted AI models. Paid plans start at $29 or ₹2,799 a month for Hobby (1,000 pages). Every plan has a hard monthly limit, so you never receive surprise overage bills. On Pro and Ultra plans, connecting your own API keys gives you unlimited processing.
What happens when the AI gets a number wrong?
Every extracted field shows a confidence score. Low-confidence values are highlighted so you can check them before exporting. You can edit any number inline, and your correction teaches the workspace how to read similar documents in the future.
Is my financial data used to train AI models?
No. Your documents are processed only to extract your data and are never used to train public AI models. Provider API keys are encrypted, and you can restrict processing to zero-retention or local providers.
Can I use my own AI provider keys?
Yes. You can connect OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral, Groq, Cloudflare, OpenRouter, or any OpenAI-compatible service. You pay your provider directly at their standard rates with zero markup from us. On Pro and Ultra plans, processing with your own keys is unlimited.
Can I process documents on my local computer?
Yes. Hobby, Pro, and Ultra plans include the Ollama companion. It lets you run models directly on your own computer so document files never leave your network during extraction.
